Job Description:

• Hands-on experience delivering production-ready Copilot Studio solutions or enterprise conversational AI applications.
• Strong working knowledge of Co-work, Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, custom connectors, Power Platform solutions, environment management, connection references, and ALM.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLM concepts, prompt engineering, RAG, grounding, agent orchestration, and AI response evaluation.
• Working knowledge of AI-driven analytics, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, semantic models, DAX, SQL analytics, dashboards, natural language Q&A, AI-assisted insights, anomaly detection, and data storytelling.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, authentication patterns, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Knowledge of security, governance, and observability practices, including DLP policies, connector governance, OAuth 2.0, RBAC, managed identities/service principals, Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Copilot analytics, logging, and production support.
• Ability to define and execute test cases for agent conversations, topics, actions, response quality, groundedness, regression testing, UAT support, and production readiness validation.
• Ability to create technical design, integration, deployment, and support documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Agent Development: Design, build, test, and deploy Copilot Studio agents with topics, actions, knowledge sources, generative answers, fallback handling, reusable skills, agent instructions, and tool/action definitions.
• Generative AI: Implement prompt engineering, grounding, RAG, and enterprise knowledge integration to improve response accuracy and relevance.
• Power Platform: Build workflow automation and business applications using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, custom connectors, Power Platform solutions, and Microsoft 365 services.
• AI-driven Data Analytics: Build AI-assisted analytics solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, semantic models, DAX measures, natural language Q&A, AI-powered insights, anomaly detection, and executive data storytelling.
• Integration: Integrate Copilot solutions with REST APIs, custom connectors, Microsoft Graph, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and enterprise data platforms.
• Azure AI: Integrate with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, and related Azure services.
• Security, Governance & Responsible AI: Apply Entra ID authentication, OAuth 2.0, RBAC, managed identities/service principals, DLP policies, connector governance, privacy, compliance, prompt-injection mitigation, data-leakage prevention, groundedness evaluation, content safety, and escalation patterns.
• ALM, Testing & Production Support: Manage solutions, environments, connection references, regression testing, UAT support, production readiness validation, monitoring, logging, documentation, troubleshooting, and production support.
