The Role

• Provide daily support and care to residents.
• Assist residents with: moving in and settling into their new environment.
• Liaise with and gather requests from residents' families.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained in residents' living spaces.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas.

What You'll Need

• Completed 1 or 2-year vocational training in nursing.
• Previous experience in direct patient care is preferred.
• A genuine passion for working with the elderly.
