Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager with strong expertise in enterprise-level FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, long-range planning, KPI reporting, and executive-level financial analysis.The candidate should have strong business partnership skills and the ability to work independently, influence senior leaders, identify operational issues, recommend solutions, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.

·         10+ years of progressive FP&A / Financial Planning & Analysis experience

·         Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

·         Financial modeling and variance analysis

·         KPI and management reporting

·         Enterprise-level benefits analysis and budgeting

·         Stock-based compensation and executive compensation budgeting

·         Strong business partnership and senior leadership engagement

·         Executive presentations and financial storytelling

·         Project management and process improvement

·         Strong business acumen and technical aptitude

Must-Have Skills:

•         FP&A – Budgeting, Forecasting & Long-Range Planning
