Job Description

Mandatory : Banking Domain Experience

Experince : 7+

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with a strong understanding of the business banking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing automation assets, identifying migration dependencies and technical risks, and providing technical guidance throughout the automation process. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure adherence to coding and quality standards while facilitating knowledge transfer and technical governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing automation assets to identify migration dependencies and technical risks.
  • Provide technical guidance for script conversion, framework development, and validation activities.
  • Review migrated scripts to ensure compliance with coding and quality standards.
  • Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of automation processes.
  • Provide overall technical governance throughout the engagement to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation efforts with business objectives.
  • Document processes, standards, and best practices for future reference and training.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven expertise as an Automation Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of the business banking domain.
  • Experience in analyzing automation assets and identifying technical risks.
  • Proficiency in script conversion and framework development.
  • Ability to review and ensure adherence to coding and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective knowledge transfer and collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks.
