Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a fantastic charity on a fantastic Digital Marketing Executive role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and manage impactful paid social media, PPC campaigns, and email marketing initiatives within a valued charity organisation. The successful candidate will enhance brand visibility and engagement through strategic online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of paid social and PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, with a focus on driving registrations and raising awareness.
  • Develop and advise on campaign budgets, audience targeting, testing strategies, and optimisation to maximise performance.
  • Ensure media content complies with brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly, make ad hoc adjustments to optimise results, and respond to external factors influencing campaign success.
  • Produce comprehensive reports and updates for stakeholders, summarising campaign progress and insights.
  • Maintain adherence to budgetary constraints and platform rules and regulations.
  • Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and regulatory changes.
  • Build and send targeted email communications using platforms such as ClickDimensions, optimising content for different audiences, and analysing email performance.
  • Support wider marketing activities, including setting up webinars and assisting colleagues with marketing tasks, in line with organisational goals.
  • Foster collaborative relationships across the wider Marketing and Communications Directorate, sharing insights and promoting best practices.
  • Represent the charity professionally at meetings and events, acting as a positive ambassador for the organisation's mission.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in managing paid social media advertising and PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience in email marketing, including building, testing, and deploying email campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of best practices for digital content, audience segmentation, and campaign optimisation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on compliance and brand consistency.
  • Adaptability to new trends, platform updates, and changing regulations.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to support wider marketing initiatives.
