Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Call Center)

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)
Shift: 8-Hour Shift (Monday Friday, between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM)

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our onsite Call Center team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving inquiries efficiently, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls professionally and courteously.
• Resolve customer inquiries during the first interaction whenever possible.
• Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, and policies.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Accurately update customer information and complete required documentation.
• Perform data entry and maintain call records using internal systems.
• Educate customers on available products and services while identifying appropriate upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Complete follow-up requests within established service levels.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Stay up to date with banking products, procedures, and service guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills with accurate data entry experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
• Professional telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
