We are looking for a Senior / Principal Product Manager – D365 ERP (Order-to-Cash)

Key Requirements:

  1. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), particularly Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, Cash Application, and Collections.

  2. Extensive knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including Order Management, Revenue Operations, Payment Processing, and Financial Controls.

  3. Experience in ERP Product Management, Product Strategy, Roadmap Development, Agile methodologies, Backlog Management, and Functional Requirements.

  4. Strong experience with AI-driven automation, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, Salesforce integrations, and enterprise Finance transformation.
