Your key responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of the location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

Are you passionate about innovative, quality cuisine and the finest seasonal produce? As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Use the finest products, and cook from scratch to create a unique experience for our guests

• Work alongside the chefs to prepare and present food to the highest standards

• Be able to work under pressure during busy periods

• Have extensive training but should be capable of self-direction an self-reliance in a busy kitchen environment.

• Coach and Mentor Apprentices, Commis and Demi Chef de Parties

• Work 4 days a week to offer a great work-life balance

The expected salary package of a Chef de Partie is £39,000 gross per annum (salary plus discretionary service charge)
