Job Description/ Responsibilities

Administer IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) system including applications, application groups, folders, and users

Understanding of CMOD metadata and indexing structures

Configure indexing, report definitions, and document ingestion workflows

Manage report loading, ingestion, and indexing (AFP, PDF, line data)

Ensure efficient archival, retrieval, retention, and lifecycle management of reports

Work with application teams to define indexing, search, and retrieval requirements

Support incident, change, and problem management processes

Knowledge of ODWEK / Content Navigator integration

Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning

Excellent understanding of System z architecture

Excellent experience with IBM z/OS operating system

Experience in building Mainframe LPAR and OS Upgrades

Installation of patches and fixes

System parameters/parmlib maintenance

Knowledge of managing JES3 subsystem.

Managing incidents on z/OS related issues

z/OS performance monitoring and reporting
