Job Description
The Salesforce Business Analyst acts as the strategic liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical delivery team. This position is responsible for understanding business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and translating them into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
The ideal candidate will help drive continuous improvement and optimize Clients Salesforce orgs to meet user needs, enhance the teammate and patient experience, and align with the Village s broader strategic goals.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or closely related role.
Salesforce Experience: 2+ years of direct experience working on the Salesforce platform (understanding of standard objects, custom objects, flows, validation rules, and security controls).
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Certified Administrator strongly preferred.
Methodology: Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum software development frameworks.
Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office Suite (Visio/Lucid chart for process mapping is a plus).
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Manage and maintain the product backlog in Jira, ensuring work notes are maintained and blockers are removed to guarantee successful deployments.
