πŸ‘» Complete patient assessments and admissions
πŸ‘» Develop and oversee individualized care plans
πŸ‘» Conduct supervisory visits and ensure quality patient care
πŸ‘» Perform medication reconciliation and provide clinical oversight
πŸ‘» Mentor and support field clinicians
πŸ‘» Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
πŸ‘» Step in to provide hands-on patient care when needed

πŸ§™β€β™€οΈ Required Qualifications

βœ” Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
βœ” Experience in private duty nursing
βœ” Experience overseeing field-based clinical staff
βœ” Current CPR certification
βœ” Ability to provide hands-on patient care as needed
βœ” Willingness to travel within the service area
βœ” Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
βœ” Eligible to work in the United States

πŸŽƒ Leadership or supervisory experience in home health or private duty nursing
πŸŽƒ Experience with quality improvement or clinical program support
πŸŽƒ Minimum 2 years of home health care experience
πŸŽƒ Knowledge of state home care regulations, supervisory visit documentation requirements, and private duty care standards
πŸŽƒ Experience with charting and care plan documentation
