AI Engineer

Top priority:

• Experience taking GenAI/LLM solutions from proof of concept into production. Hands-on experience with modern agent development frameworks, particularly Google ADK, as well as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
• Focus on AI application engineers building enterprise GenAI solutions rather than AI researchers, ML engineers, or data scientists.
• Machine learning model development is not required. Data science experience is not required.
• Continue prioritizing candidates with experience in Python, FastAPI, RAG/GraphRAG, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), and LLMOps/LLM evaluation.
