We are seeking a Senior AI Architect with 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, Platform Architecture, and Enterprise Systems to lead the design and implementation of an enterprise-scale Agentic AI Orchestration Platform.

Required Skills:

• Enterprise AI/Platform Architecture
• Agentic AI, AI Agents, LLM-based Systems
• Workflow Orchestration (Temporal or similar)
• Identity & Security: SAML, OIDC, RBAC, ABAC
• CI/CD, DevOps, Release Management
• Governance, Auditability, Compliance, PII Controls
• Observability, SRE, OTel, Reliability Engineering
• Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform)
• Multi-tenant, scalable, distributed systems

Responsibilities:

• Define architecture standards and technical roadmap for AI agent orchestration.
• Design secure human-agent collaboration and long-running workflows.
• Establish governance, auditability, policy enforcement, and compliance controls.
• Drive CI/CD automation, model migration strategies, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Security, SRE, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable AI platforms.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive enterprise-wide adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in CS, AI, ML, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI, ML, Data Science, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong experience with enterprise-scale systems, security architecture, and workflow orchestration platforms.
