Department Head Fresh Food Counter | Isernhagen, Germany | On-site

The Role

  • Lead and manage a team for the fresh food counter, acting as a role model and implementing sales concepts.
  • Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
  • Enhance customer experience through appealing displays, expert advice, and attentive service.
  • Drive sales by independently implementing promotional measures and merchandising ideas.
  • Oversee all operational aspects, including cost and revenue development, inventory, pricing, and stock management.

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational training, preferably in the food retail sector, or relevant experience in baked goods or fresh food counters.
  • Strong product knowledge and a keen understanding of freshness and quality.
