• Provide L2 support for incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve Manhattan WMS issues
• Coordinate with warehouse operators and business stakeholders
• Perform onsite-offshore coordination
• Work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

✔ Strong experience with Manhattan WMS
✔ Good SQL knowledge
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
