The Role

• Coordinate the nursing schedule to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders to identify and implement staffing improvements.
• Assist and advise supervisors on any scheduling-related issues.
• Maintain organized and compliant employee, contract, and student files according to regulatory standards.
• Schedule and coordinate educational opportunities for nursing staff.

What You'll Need
