Senior Automation Anywhere Developer (Contractor)

Location: Bay Area, CA (Hybrid)

Hourly Rate: $80/hr

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Automation Anywhere Developer to support our RPA initiatives. This contractor will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360. The role requires a hybrid work arrangement, with some on-site presence in the Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to identify automation opportunities.

• Design and optimize RPA workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Ensure automation solutions align with best practices, security, and compliance requirements.

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing bots to enhance performance.

• Document technical designs, test cases, and user training materials.

• Work closely with IT teams to integrate RPA solutions into enterprise systems.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred).

• Proficiency in bot design, control room management, and automation deployment.

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VBScript.

• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations, OCR technologies, and API-based automations.

• Strong understanding of process optimization and workflow design principles.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under a 1099 contract.

• Prior experience in hybrid work environments and the Bay Area market is a plus.
