The Role • Deliver expert roadside mechanical repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support to members across the UK. • Handle a variety of tasks including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault finding. • Offer quick, confident solutions with outstanding member service. • Work a demand-led shift averaging 40 hours per week with optional overtime. • Start and finish your workday from your home driveway. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. • A proactive attitude and a desire for variety in your work.
