The Role

• Manage a team of Credit Analysts, providing regular feedback, guidance, and support to foster team success.
• Step in to resolve complex customer account issues and evaluate orders requiring credit review.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and communicate findings to support high-impact business decisions.
• Oversee and contribute to special projects within the Credit department.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of Credit or Collections experience preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a passion for teamwork.
