- Support the Architect in translating call flow, queue, and routing designs into working AWS Connect configurations
- Build and maintain contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and contact attributes per Architect-approved designs
- Assist with configuration of Amazon Lex bots and Lambda functions for Conversational IVR under Architect guidance
