UA Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize user acquisition strategies for Zurich's insurance products across digital channels
• Plan, execute, and analyze paid campaigns to drive qualified leads and policy growth
• Monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests, and refine targeting and messaging
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales to align UA with business goals
• Manage UA budget, forecasting, and ROI reporting to senior stakeholders
• Leverage data, attribution models, and analytics tools to improve funnel efficiency
• Coordinate with external agencies and platforms to scale campaigns effectively
• Ensure UA activities comply with regulatory, brand, and data privacy standards
• Provide insights on customer behavior and market trends in finance and insurance
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and innovation
