Our hotel’s majestic clock defines the city’s skyline and since the day we opened in 1902 it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.

Your key responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Be responsible for supporting the flawless running of one of the hotel’s most acclaimed institutions and delivering exceptional experience that Rocco Forte is known for.

• Have a thirst for knowledge and a passion for learning our extensive tea menu and sharing this with all of our guests.

• Thrive in delivering world class hospitality and creating lasting memories for all our guests.

• Cooperate well with colleagues in your team and across departments

• Perform all aspects of our afternoon tea service, ensuring the highest standards of guest care and attention

• Tailor your approach so that high quality results are achieved

• Deliver discreet, understated, and timely service, going that extra mile

• Be knowledgeable of the hotel, our facilities, and the local area

• Take ownership of the guest experience to create memorable moments

3 Month Fixed Term (39 hours per week over 5 days including weekends)

£13/hour plus discretionary service charge
