Your mission: 

In your apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for Application Development, you'll learn how to build complex software solutions and design IT systems from the ground up. This includes: 

• Programming with Java, PL/SQL, and more 

• Working with Oracle databases and middleware 

• Developing web portals and mobile apps 

• Solving real business problems with innovative technologies 

• Learning from experienced IT professionals and working in agile teams 

• School qualification: A very good Abitur (university entrance qualification) with a technical focus, or an unfinished IT-related degree program 
• Tech interest: You're excited about programming, IT systems, and digital innovation 
• Math & logic: You love cracking problems and building smart solutions 
• Language skills: Fluent German, good or developing English skills 
• Soft skills: Reliable, thorough, a team player, and simply motivated to build something cool! 

Future perspective: We train with a long-term perspective in mind and offer you the chance to be hired on a permanent contract afterward.
