Responsibilities:

• Design and develop packaging solutions for automotive components and assemblies.
• Evaluate packaging requirements to ensure product protection, cost efficiency, and compliance with customer specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing plants, and logistics teams on packaging implementation.
• Conduct packaging validation, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Create packaging specifications, standards, and documentation.
• Support packaging-related activities for new product launches.
• Analyze packaging costs and identify opportunities for optimization and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

·        Minimum 1-2 years of packaging engineering experience.

·        Knowledge of packaging materials, design standards, and validation processes.

·        Experience in manufacturing or automotive environments preferred.

·        Strong project management and organizational skills.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

·        Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
