The Role

• Organize and structure daily clinic life, ensuring a smooth workflow for patients and the team.
• Engage in co-therapeutic discussions, building upon individual and group therapy sessions.
• Provide immediate support and stabilization during crisis interventions.
• Lead therapeutic groups focused on relaxation techniques, mindfulness, social skills, and coping mechanisms.
• Offer therapeutic support during meals for patients with eating disorders.
• Participate in a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Erzieher (Educator) or Heilerziehungspfleger (Health and Social Care Educator).
• Ideally, experience in psychosomatics/psychiatry or residential care settings, though not strictly required.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a genuine passion for the work.
• A respectful, professional, and empathetic demeanor when interacting with patients and their families.
• A keen interest in continuous learning and professional development.
