Job Description

What You ll Own

Build and enhance AI-driven software, owning quality, scalability, and performance end-to-end

Collaborate directly with sales and engineering to understand customer needs and translate them into shipped

product

Own product testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure seamless user experiences

Support technical implementation and troubleshooting during customer onboarding and integration

Maintain technical documentation of designs, processes, and systems as the product evolves

Requirements

Must-Have

1 2 to 4 years of software engineering experience, ideally with SaaS or AI-driven products

2 Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages

3 Familiarity with AI frameworks, machine learning concepts, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google

Cloud

4 Proven abilities to navigate ambiguity, proactively innovate, and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced startup

environment

5 Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to partner effectively across teams

Nice-to-Have

Experience working at a legal tech, health tech, or other document-intensive SaaS company

Background building or iterating on AI pipelines for document processing or information extraction
