Job Description
As an Investigation/Surveillance Specialist for Lauth Investigations International Inc in the Indianapolis area, you will be responsible for conducting thorough surveillance to gather intelligence for various cases. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate discreetly in various environments. You will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver comprehensive findings and reports to support our clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct covert surveillance to gather pertinent information and evidence related to investigations.
- Utilize various investigative techniques and tools to assist in the successful resolution of cases.
- Gather and analyze data from different sources to prepare detailed reports of findings.
- Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities, observations, and case developments.
- Utilize technology, including GPS tracking and video surveillance equipment, to enhance the investigation process.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support on larger investigative efforts.
- Communicate findings effectively to clients and other stakeholders when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards while conducting investigations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in surveillance and investigative techniques.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of investigative processes and documentation within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a related field, such as surveillance, security, law enforcement, or investigative work. At least 3-5 years.
- Strong observational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various investigative scenarios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using surveillance equipment and technology.
- Knowledge of legal regulations surrounding investigations and surveillance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
This is a 1099 Contractor position
