πRecruitment Officer - Waterfront
Salary: Β£26,000 - Β£30,000 + OTE
Location: Juniper Training Centre, Ground Floor, Admiral House Waterfront East, Level Street Brierley Hill, West Midlands DY5 1XG
Hours: Full-Time (Mon-Thurs 8.30-4.30, Fri 8.30-2.30)
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Recruitment Officer to join our team. The role is focused on recruiting students onto suitable training programmes, providing effective careers advice and guidance, and ensuring their individual support needs are identified.
This includes promoting Juniper through outreach, social media, schools, careers events and local networks, building strong relationships with referral partners, interviewing and onboarding new students, and meeting recruitment targets. The role also involves ensuring appropriate safeguarding, Prevent and British Values processes are followed, while working closely with colleagues and managing relationships and workload effectively.
β¨ What Youβll Be Doing β¨
π Actively recruiting students through outreach, networking, and marketing activities
π€ Building strong relationships with local agencies, schools, and other referral sources
π£ Promoting Juniper pathways and Apprenticeships through career events, recruitment fairs, and pop-up shops
π± Using social media to raise Juniperβs profile and attract students
π Interviewing potential students and completing accurate paperwork
π‘ Identifying support needs and creating initial support plans to help ensure students thrive
π― Ensuring our centre meets its student recruitment targets

π¬ Confident and outgoing, with excellent communication skills
π― Motivated and goal-driven, with experience in sales, outreach, or marketing

Organised and proactive, with strong time-management skills
π€ Able to build rapport with young people and guide them on their career journey
π± Familiar with using social media platforms to promote services and engage potential students
β Qualifications & Experienceβ
β Minimum of Level 2 English and Maths
β Experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment
β Strong communication and organisational skills
