Delivery Manager - AI & Automation
85,000 - 95,000 + Benefits
Hertfordshire - Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

Our client is a leading consumer focused business investing heavily in AI, automation and digital transformation. They're looking for an experienced AI & Automation Delivery Manager with a proven track record of delivering AI and automation solutions into live business environments.

Reporting to the Head of Data & Technology, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end AI and automation programme, managing technology partners, offshore teams and internal stakeholders.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Lead the delivery of AI, automation and integration programmes
  • Manage technology partners, offshore teams and vendor performance
  • Own programme governance, budgets, delivery plans and risks
  • Oversee solution deployment, compliance and go-live readiness
  • Lead an internal delivery team and engage senior stakeholders

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering AI and automation solutions into production
  • Strong Technology Delivery / Programme Management background
  • Experience managing outsourced vendors and offshore delivery teams
  • Good understanding of AI technologies, automation and governance
  • Strong commercial, stakeholder management and leadership skills
