Job Location: Jersey City, New Jersey (Onsite)

Job Description:

• Experience on infrastructure management, data center optimization, technical modernization and technical life cycle management, public cloud (AWS) a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. proven track record of applying analytical reasoning and advanced problem-solving techniques to decompose business, technical and operational objectives into actionable tasks and deliverables.
• Expert stackholder management skill, demonstrated by building productive relationships, managing exceptions and driving alignment across, cross-func teams.
• 7 plus years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organization.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams clients.
• strong communication skills to act as liaison across multiple technology and functional teams. Team player, mentality and positive can-do attitude with the ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of internal group clients to accomplish common goals.
• A drive for results, and ability to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines. Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning, technical fluency, problem solving techniques to break down business, technical or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.
• Experience in software development technology life cycles.

Preferred:

• Working in financial services firm or banking preferred.
• Experience in project execution and project management (PMP or project management certification).
• Lead and manage complex technology programs/projects involving infrastructure management, data center optimization, technical modernization, and technology lifecycle management. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables while ensuring successful execution within agreed timelines.
• Drive technical modernization initiatives and support adoption of public cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
• Work closely with infrastructure, application, cloud, security, and other cross-functional technology teams to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
• Technical Program Management, Infrastructure & Data Center, AWS Cloud, Technology Modernization, SDLC, Data Analytics, Risk Management, Technical Problem Solving.
