Your Tasks Manage IT incidents, service requests, and changes through ITSM processes Provide end-user support and maintain the accounts and devices environment Administer IT assets, inventory records, and endpoint management solutions (Intune/MDM) Support IT projects, system deployments, and company-wide meetings Deliver onboarding training and IT support through the IT Service Point and the IT hotline Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and infrastructure support to ensure reliable IT operations Your Profile Completed IT education (e.g.

IT apprenticeship, technical college/HTL, vocational school) or an equivalent qualification Professional experience in IT support or IT services, ideally in a Service Desk environment Solid knowledge of Microsoft cloud applications (365, Teams, OneDrive) Good understanding of Microsoft services such as Active Directory/ Entra ID, DHCP, DNS and Group Policy Objects Experience with IT asset management and ticketing systems; experience with ServiceNow is an advantage Strong customer and service orientation, combined with excellent communication skills Proactive, reliable and structured working style, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Very good German and good English skills Our Offer An attractive workplace in a dynamic environment with development opportunities of an internationally acting group is awaiting you.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 3.181,21 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
