We are seeking a motivated Operating Room Nurse (OTA/OP) to join a dynamic surgical team in a leading hospital recognized for its specialized surgical, orthopedic, and internal medicine departments. This facility, located by the Rhine, is dedicated to providing excellent patient care across 10 operating rooms, serving a significant number of patients annually.

The Role

• Provide surgical care to patients in specialties including general, ENT, orthopedic, trauma, spine, vascular surgery, and angiology.
• Act as a key team member, performing instrumenting, assisting, and circulating duties during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operating room processes and seamless cooperation with other departments.
• Actively implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of process and outcome quality.

What You'll Need

• Training as an OTA or Registered Nurse, preferably with specialized surgical training or prior OR experience.
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated approach to work.
• Strong communication skills to foster a professional and collegial team environment.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties.
• Proof of measles immunization.
