Job Summary
The AES Group is seeking an Associate Technical Program Manager – AI Infrastructure to support the delivery of AI infrastructure and enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Professional Services/Consulting experience, technical project management skills, and proven customer-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage technical projects, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate with customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.

  • Lead stakeholder meetings and provide project status updates.

  • Manage dependencies, issues, and project escalations.

  • Support successful delivery of AI infrastructure and technology initiatives.

  • Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of Technical Project/Program Management experience.

  • Professional Services experience is mandatory.

  • Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.

  • Strong technical/domain knowledge; AI infrastructure, cloud, data center, or enterprise IT preferred.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
