Customer Trading Advisor | Liphook, United Kingdom | Hybrid

The Role
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing professional and efficient service to brokers.
• Act as a knowledgeable point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilise internal systems to run reports, track outstanding actions, and follow up on new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with the accounts team to reduce aged debt and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Process claims cover requests and manage team mailboxes to ensure timely responses and task completion.
• Accurately update internal systems with essential policy details and documentation.
What You'll Need
• Proven experience in a customer service or call-handling role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle conversations confidently.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn new internal systems.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Resilience to manage high call volumes and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
