The Role

• Manage, maintain, and evolve the internal IT infrastructure within a technical and manufacturing environment.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and deployment of servers, clients, and peripheral hardware.
• Provide technical support to resolve system issues while ensuring high availability and stability.
• Collaborate on internal digital transformation projects and infrastructure security initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support internal users through training and guidance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in system administration and the management of IT infrastructures.
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
• Solid understanding of network architecture, firewall management, and IT security principles.
• Fluency in German (minimum C1 level) and a structured, service-oriented approach to teamwork.
