The Role

• Oversee, initiate, and implement all necessary software development activities based on established software architecture.
• Reduce complexity through decomposition and create/initiate implementation concepts and software designs.
• Integrate individual software development artifacts using the defined software architecture.
• Evaluate the overall software architecture and its elements against project time, quality, and cost constraints.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical challenges and overcome obstacles.
• Support the team in planning and executing work packages.

What You'll Need

• A completed university degree in an MINT field, or a vocational training as an IT specialist with further education and extensive professional experience, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in software development.
• Experience with agile methodologies within a software development context.
• Familiarity with Sonar or signal processing is advantageous.
• Proficiency in the ADA programming language and ideally C++.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
