The Role

• Troubleshoot, install, inspect, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electronic/electrical equipment and circuits.
• Diagnose and repair NC/CNC equipment and hydraulic power units to ensure optimal function and reliability.
• Identify circuitry malfunctions down to the component level.
• Read and interpret complex circuit-wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Provide technical assistance in the design and modification of automated production equipment.
• Disassemble/assemble machinery as required for electrical/electronic repairs.

What You'll Need

• Formal training or equivalent experience in electronics.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and blueprints.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical components of machinery is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Metical attention to detail and ability to work down to the component level.
