HR Payroll and Benefits Specialist

Citizens State Bank of La Crosse seeks an HR Payroll and Benefits Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll and benefits for our community-focused bank. In this role, you will process bi-weekly payroll, administer health, dental, vision, life, and 401(k) plans, and maintain accurate HRIS and employee records. You'll ensure compliance with federal and Wisconsin regulations, reconcile benefit invoices, and prepare reports for HR and finance. Partner with leaders and staff to resolve payroll and benefits questions while supporting a relationship-driven, integrity-focused culture with opportunities for growth.
