Benefits and Compliance Specialist

Dogwood Industries is seeking a Benefits and Compliance Specialist to join our Human Resources & Talent Management team supporting our modular manufacturing operations. In this role, you will administer health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs while ensuring compliance with ERISA, ACA, FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA, and related regulations. You'll collaborate with Operations, Safety, and HR to support a practical, safety-focused culture, lead open enrollment and vendor coordination, and maintain accurate HRIS and compliance reporting. This position offers hands-on impact, career growth, and involvement in industrial and defense projects nationwide.
