About the Role
Our client is a well-established cooperative wholesale and distribution organization that supports independent retailers by providing supply chain, purchasing, and operational services. They are seeking an experienced ERP System Analyst & Administrator to serve as the primary resource for the organization's enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform, ensuring system reliability, data accuracy, and effective support for business operations.
This role is ideal for a systems-focused professional who enjoys solving complex business process challenges, collaborating across departments, and leveraging technology and data to drive operational efficiency.

Job Description
As the ERP System Analyst & Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of the organization's ERP system. You will partner closely with teams across sales, purchasing, and operations to maintain system functionality, manage pricing and product data, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reporting solutions that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrator, analyst, and point of contact for the company's ERP system.
  • Configure, maintain, and support pricing structures, promotions, and customer-specific pricing hierarchies within the ERP platform.
  • Partner with Sales and Purchasing teams to ensure accurate setup and ongoing maintenance of pricing programs and promotional initiatives.
  • Review, correct, and maintain product information, pricing data, and vendor compliance records.
  • Respond to and resolve ERP-related support requests, system issues, user questions, and configuration updates.
  • Coordinate with external system vendors by submitting, tracking, and managing support tickets as needed.
  • Create, modify, and maintain business reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Analyze system data and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased operational efficiency.
  • Maintain data integrity and support ongoing system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in database administration, systems administration, or a related technical support role. 
  • Industry experience in natural foods, organic food, food distribution, produce or perishable goods
  • 3+ years of experience administering enterprise ERPs similar to Freshbyte, Produce Pro, Prophet ERP, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience prioritizing, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user support requests.
  • 2+ years of experience developing, refining, or maintaining business reports and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel functionality.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and managing business-critical operational data.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, technologies, and business processes quickly.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and across multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience administering warehouse, wholesale distribution, inventory management, or supply chain ERP systems.
  • Experience with Prophet ERP or similar enterprise resource planning platforms.
  • Hands-on experience creating dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI.
  • Knowledge of pricing management, promotional programs, and product data governance.
  • Experience working within cooperative, retail, grocery distribution, or wholesale environments.
