Roles and Responsibilities

10+ years' experience in Business Analysis role across CCM tools (Customer Communication Management), Enterprise transformation projects in the banking, insurance & superannuation domains, motor & Property insurance and financial sector. Expert in bridging technical solutions with business objectives using tools like OpenText Exstream, dialogue live, Command Center, Xpression, ECM, SmartCOMM and Comms Builder. Proven track record of delivering scalable agile projects, stakeholder and project management, SDLC model, migration project to Azure environment, managing APIs, SOAPUI request using XML/JSON, data mappings, and leading cross functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from Product Owners and stakeholders for inbound storage systems (VRD & ECM), translating them into effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple front end systems and teams, including Claims Centre, Policy Centre, and Guidewire, to manage email monitoring and route requests to the appropriate domains/groups for ClaimCentre processing.
• Perform technical analysis, validate payloads, and provide clear guidance and clarifications to development and testing teams.
• Manage multiple programs and projects running in parallel, ensuring effective planning, tracking, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to identify dependencies, support integrations, and drive successful project execution.
• Work closely with CCM teams to analyze document templates, define document types, and ensure accurate mapping and ingestion into ECM systems.
• Support CCM implementation by validating template configurations, metadata mapping, and output formats for document generation and storage.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs with development and QA teams, and support effort estimation through story pointing.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, fast learner and driven to action.

• Good skills in personal work organization and time management.

• Demonstrated experience in resolving issues with minimal guidance.
• Ability to understand user needs and meet the needs through well designed programs.

• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

• OpenText Extream developer & consultant with analysing, designing, testing, requirement gathering, release management
• Proficient in Scrum, (SDLC) AGILE, waterfall delivery methodology
• Extensive experience in JIRA, Confluence, ALM, ServiceNow
• Excellent experience in customer relationship management
• Cloud Exposure: Azure, AWS (TAFE Certified - SOA)
• End-to-end project execution across onshore/offshore models.
• Handful experience in DATASTAGE
• Handful experience in SQL
