Base Salary: $15 / hour ($31,200 yearly), Year-end total ranges from $65,000 - $100,000 with base + commission + bonuses
Hands-on Training
Engage with clients, understanding their insurance needs and offering personalized solutions.

Insurance Policy Design
: Create customized insurance plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, ensuring they have the most suitable coverage.
Identify opportunities to provide additional insurance products and services that meet the comprehensive needs of clients.

Sales Goals

Consistently meet and aim to exceed sales targets and company expectations
Active Michigan Property Casualty License is a bonus.

Experience

Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus.

Customer Service

Sales Skills:
Ability to effectively promote insurance products, close sales and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Problem-Solving:
Proficiency in identifying and addressing client insurance needs.
