RBT Evenings, Sign on Bonus $500

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.

To kick things off, we’re also offering a $500 sign-on bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
• Track progress and communicate with families
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support

What We’re Looking For:*

• Active RBT Certification
• Reliable transportation to get to client’s homes
• High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required!)
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Client 3 – M-F 3:30p to 6:30p (Dacula, GA)

Client 4 – M-F 3:00p to 5:00p (Bethlehem, GA)

Client 5 – M-Th 4:00p-6:00p (Hoschton, GA)

Client 6 – M, W, and F: 2:30–6:00 PM; T and Th: 5:30–7:30 PM (Kirkwood, GA)

Pay Scale: $20-$28
