What We Are Looking For 1 to 3 years of experience with TypeScript or JavaScript. Real, hands-on fluency with Claude Code. Comfortable with concepts like CLAUDE.md configuration, custom skills, hooks, and MCP servers, not just general AI-assisted coding. This is not optional - it is the primary filter. Working knowledge of REST APIs, authentication flows, git, and basic cloud/deployment concepts (caching, environment management). Familiarity with Next.js or React. Comfortable with Supabase or any Postgres-based backend. Based in or near Rockville / Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Able to work onsite Monday through Friday. Someone who goes home and keeps coding because they want to, not because they were told to. You do NOT need a computer science degree. You do NOT need 10 years of experience. You DO need to be sharp, humble, fast, and deeply interested in where AI is going. Compensation $75,000 to $85,000 base salary depending on experience. Per-feature bonus of $300 to $500 for every feature that ships and gets approved. _That bonus is not a gimmick.
