Kangaroo Island Team Leader - Development Pathway

Livit Disability Support on Kangaroo Island is seeking a Team Leader to support a team of Support Workers delivering person-centred services and positive outcomes for clients.

The role offers either direct appointment into a full-time Team Leader position or a supported Developmental Team Leader Pathway with coaching, mentoring and readiness checks, plus a flexible remuneration package and local leadership development opportunities.
