Job Summary

Seeking an Application Support Developer to provide L2/L3 support for healthcare applications and services. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting production issues, supporting releases, and ensuring platform stability across cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide production support and incident resolution.
  • Troubleshoot applications built with Java, ReactJS/NodeJS, and Kubernetes.
  • Monitor application performance and system health.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes.
  • Support deployments, releases, and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare domain experience.

Work Schedule

Must be available to work during EST/ET business hours (typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST/ET) and provide operational support as required.
