The Role

• Engage with inbound callers to understand their insurance needs and build rapport.
• Prepare insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, and convert quotes into active policies.
• Deliver exceptional service to demonstrate the value of being a policyholder.
• Provide guidance to customers to help them protect what matters most.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience that fosters security and peace of mind.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of direct sales experience; insurance industry sales experience is preferred.
• Active Personal Lines Insurance or P&C license preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and attention to detail in a dynamic sales environment.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple business applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma required; College degree (2-4 year) preferred.
