HR Business Partner - Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to leaders and managers across clinical and non-clinical departments
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
• Support workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and talent retention initiatives
• Coach leaders on engagement, culture, and change management in a healthcare setting
• Collaborate on compensation, benefits, and leave administration in alignment with policy and law
• Facilitate training, onboarding, and professional development programs
• Analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements to engagement and retention
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, hospital policies, and accreditation standards
