Training & Development
Our onboarding program is designed to help new Consultants transition from academia to consulting through a combination of employee-led training modules, presentations from Partners and senior leadership, case-based learning, and mentorship from experienced colleagues. New Consultants quickly become integral members of case teams, working alongside senior economists, experts, and case managers to address complex economic questions and deliver rigorous, data-driven analyses. At Coherent, we are committed to investing in our people and building long-term careers.
As your career progresses, you will have opportunities to take on increasingly complex analyses, develop expertise in antitrust and other areas of economic consulting, contribute to case strategy, mentor junior team members, and assume greater responsibility for managing projects and client engagements.
