We are looking for a Lead Electrical Component Engineer to join our Electrical &amp; Electronic Systems team and lead the development of electrical and electronic components across current and future motorcycle programs.<br />Lead the Role<br />As Lead Component Engineer, you will provide technical leadership for component delivery from concept through to production, working closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, cost and timing targets are achieved.<br />You will also support and develop a small team of engineers, helping drive engineering excellence and continuous improvement.<br />Company Benefits:<br />Annual Leave – 25 days plus bank holidays.Additional Annual LeavePension SchemeLife Assurance Scheme - currently 6 x pensionable salary.Preferential rates for medical insurance with a third-party provider.Employee Motorcycle Purchase Scheme - on successful completion of the probation period (minimum of 6 months), we offer employees and their close family the opportunity to purchase a brand new Triumph Motorcycle with up to 25% discount.Employee Motorcycle Lease SchemeDiscounted Clothing, Parts and Accessories PurchasesCompany benefits platform, allowing discounts with multiple vendors.Flexible working hours (department dependent.)About You<br />You will have experience delivering electrical and electronic components within a complex engineering environment, together with strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.<br />You will ideally have:<br />A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.Experience of component development and supplier management.Excellent problem-solving and project delivery skills.Experience leading engineers or technical workstreams.<br />Hours of Work:
